Dwayne is the lead pastor at Wellspring Church in Charlotte NC that he founded in 2007. The church is also part of Acts 29 Network, where he is the Director of Pastoral Care. His passion is to train the next generation of biblical Counselors. He serves on the Board of Directors for the Biblical Counseling Coalition. He is an author of many online articles as well as a contributing author in Christ-Centered biblical counseling: Changing lives with God's eternal truth (eds. Kelleman, Viars). His wife Leslie has three kids.
